Achievements
Walter Cox has been a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers since 1988 and has served on the College's Emil Gumpert Award Committee. He was Project Director and Reporter for the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee which drafted the original Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure in the decade of the 1970s. Walter is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the higest rating given an attorney for his competency and ethics, and he has maintained an active trial practice in his area of specialty (medical malpractice defense) for many years. He is frequently recognized in Best Lawyers in America, and in the Arkansas Times' Best Lawyers in Arkansas. Walter is also named in Super Lawyers, 2007 and 2008.
